Friendly staff at reception desk. Close to the airport, a 7/11 and Central Airport Plaza mall (max 5 min. on foot) and not far from town by tuktuk. Apartment was cozy and very comfortable, excellent if you want more space. Kitchenette equipped with microwave, stove and fridge, 1 wok and basic cooking ustensiles. For non-asian guests knives, coffee spoons and glasses would be appreciated. I would gladly stay again at the Pleasant Condominium. Thank you to everyone.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. It was reasonably clean, nice/new decor and affordable. Pool was clean and decent size. Washing machine + powder available. Good location very close to the airport, we took a bolt/grab to get to places and it was roughly 90 bhat a ride, no issues. Complimentary water and snacks were provided. There is a refundable 1000 bhat deposit to be paid on arrival. Download google translate for easier communication with staff. Would stay here again if I was in Chiang Mai.

I stayed at Pleasant Chiangmai for 3 nights and had a great experience! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to markets and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Overall, it was an excellent stay and very good value for money! I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The family suite was a great size for us, family of 4. The room was clean and tidy, there is two toilets and two showers. Good sized balcony but it could do with some furniture out there, at least a few seats. There is a washing machine in the room which was handy. The swimming pool is great and there is a modest gym.

I loved this apartment, it was comfortable, clean and roomy. I loved that I could catch up on laundry and that there was a receptionist, and even included airport transfer. I would highly recommend this place.

Great for family stays with enough beds, kitchenette, laundry, balcony. Quiet area. Family has fun in the cold pool. Location to central airport plaza very short walking distance.

Great location for a two months stay - a short way from the old town and next to the big mall with all services. The neighbourhood is peaceful even though close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

Everything was great. The personal was so kind and helpful. And the condo itself was very cozy and pleasent. Everything clean and nice. Washing machine and little kitchenet was perfect addition.

What a wonderful holiday we stayed in Pleasant Condominiums, Chiang Mai. Quiet, fresh air, clean and tidy of staying in this condo. Swimming pool and gym where we must enjoy every day. Just 7 mins taxi to the condo from the airport. Just 5 mins walk to the shopping mall for food and shopping etc. Walk about 25mins to the old town also close too. Staff are very friendly. Really nice condo of staying for a holiday. Cool.
